In recent times, we have been having complaints from our esteemed customers about not being able to navigate our website. Whether you’re a seasoned online shopper or a first time browser, navigating our website is designed to be seamless and enjoyable when you have the right orientation about it.
In this blog, we will walk you through every step from discovering your favorite products to checking out with ease. The steps are below:
Step 1: First things first, you need to type in our website www.packhub.ng on the address bar of your browser or in any search bar of your search engine. e.g, Google chrome, Firefox etc.
Step 2: Once you’re on the website, use the search bar on the top left to search out the specific item you want to purchase. Just type in what you’re looking for e.g., “chinese plate”.
Alternatively, if you do not know the name of the pack you want to purchase, you can click on the menu icon beside the search bar, to display the different categories of products e.g bags & wraps, cups & cutleries, food plates etc. The item you want to purchase would help you decide what category you should click on. You will see all products displayed in the appropriate category.
Step 3: Once you see the specific product you are looking for, select it, then scroll down to choose the quantity (25,50 or 400 units) you want then add to cart. The price for each unit you select will be displayed.
Step 4: On the next page you will be redirected to, click on the “view cart”. If you want to add another item to your cart, click on the search icon or the menu icon at the top left of the page, and search for what you want.
Step 5: After clicking the view cart page, scroll up to the cart totals. Click on change address if your cart total is not displaying your actual state of residence. After putting your state of residence, proceed to select your shipping preference, then click on update.
Please note that if you select “shipping within Lagos”, the shipping fee of 5000 naira will be automatically added to your bill. If you select “in store picking”, then your bill will only include only the cost of the product you are purchasing (you will be required to come to our office at Shomolu Lagos to pick up your item).
Step 6: After updating your card totals with the accurate state of residence, click on proceed to checkout. At the checkout page, scroll down to Billing details and fill in your details. After inputting the necessary details, scroll up again and click on Place Order.
Before placing your order, tick the option for receiving exclusive mails with discounts and product information, because it is important to stay updated for juicy offers and promos from us (this is optional though).
NB: If you are ordering for branded items, your order would take 14 days to process. For plain packs, when you order within our various store locations (Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, Port Harcourt), your package will be delivered to you within 24 hours of placing your order.
